WHY BE A PART OF THE AWARDS?

The Maidenhead & Windsor Business Awards is an initiative led by the Maidenhead and District Chamber of Commerce, aimed at recognising excellence in businesses of all sizes and industries in the local area.

It's a fantastic opportunity to showcase your business, whether you are a one-man-band or established SME through to large public and private company or non for profit organisation. There is a category to suit every business giving you the opportunity to showcase your story, whatever it is.

THE JUDGING PROCESS

The Awards are open to every company with an SL postcode located in Maidenhead & Windsor or the surrounding villages. Awards are also open to all members of the Maidenhead & District Chamber of Commerce, including those members that are outside of the geographical area.The judging panel will be made up of business experts and judging will take place between 29th July and 9th August.  The finalists in each category will be notified on 12th August..

If your company is chosen as a finalist, at least one representative from your company will be required to attend the awards dinner on Friday 27th September at the Holiday Inn, Maidenhead.

THE AWARDS DINNER

The awards dinner will be held at the Holiday Inn, Maidenhead and will include a three-course meal with coffee as well as an opportunity for you to let your hair down with a disco and dancing. Like previous years, the evening will not only be a great social event, but also a fantastic opportunity for you to network with local companies and gain invaluable PR.

It will take place at the Holiday Inn, Maidenhead on Friday 27th September 2019.

THE LAUNCH LUNCH

The official launch of the 2019 Awards will be on Friday 17th May at CIM Moor Hall in Cookham.  Drinks will be taken on the lawn (weather permitting and there will be a two-course seated lunch, followed by a presentation from Richard Parker, who is Client Director at Lane4 Management Group. He will be speaking about how his successful career in elite sports coaching and how he applies this to the business world.

This will be a great opportunity to network with last year's winners and finalists and hear from them on how winning an award has made a positive impact on their business. Places are limited so purchase your tickets as soon as possible to reserve your place.
