Terms and Conditions

  1. Awards are open to every company with an SL postcode located in Maidenhead & Windsor or the surrounding villages. Awards are also open to all members of the Maidenhead & District Chamber of Commerce, including those that are outside of the geographical area. 
  2. Sponsors cannot enter the category they sponsor.
  3. The judging panel will be made up of  business experts and judging will take place between the 3rd July and 28th July 2017.
  4. We may ask to meet you as part of the judging process. Please can you offer three diary dates during this time when your principal contacts for the award entry would be available.
  5. Three finalists will be selected per award category and all finalists will be notified by the 1st August. At least one representative per finalist will be required to attend the awards dinner on Friday 15th September at the Holiday Inn, Maidenhead.

  7. You may enter up to three categories. Each entry must be submitted on a separate application form.
  8. Completed nomination forms can be emailed via the awards website or directly to entries@mwbusinessawards.com or posted to the Maidenhead & Windsor Business Awards at: 20 King Street, Maidenhead SL6 1DT. Any supporting documentation for email applications should be in either of the following formats: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and PDF. Please keep total file size to a maximum of 3Mb per email.
  9. Please clearly state where information is confidential. Any confidential information will be available to judges but not announced at the awards event or distributed to media.
  10. Should a category not receive sufficient entries, it will be withdrawn from the awards ceremony.
  11. Closing date for entries is Friday 30th June 2017.
  12. No winners will be announced until the event itself on 15th September.
  13. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into about the decision.

All entries will be destroyed after judging, so please send copies and not any originals
